Emaar Properties announced on Sunday that it has been studying several investments regularly on the Baghdad project.
The company said according to the channel “CNBC”, that it will disclose appropriate when the termination of the agreements, after the Iraqi Council of Ministers announced at the beginning of March the current approval of the National Investment Commission to complete the contract for the implementation of the project of the city of Rashid in Baghdad with the two reconstruction companies Real Estate and Eagle Hills Real Estate, completing their referral requirements by agreeing on the final contract format.
It is worth mentioning that the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Alalak, had said in November last year that the company Emaar Properties will start construction work in the project of the city of Rashid in Iraq in 2018 with a total investment of $ 10 billion.
