Baghdad Investment Authority confirmed that it has granted 406 investment licenses so far worth more than 15 billion dollars, indicating that a big problem facing investors today is the delay in the ratification of the basic designs.
The Chairman of the Board Shaker Zamili said in an interview with the press that the Authority since its establishment granted 406 investment licenses cost more than 15 billion dollars, indicating that the worker of which 170 projects working on the ground and there are 40 projects delayed housing because of the approval of designs.
Al-Zamili pointed out that the responsibility for the distribution of events related to the basic design of the city of Baghdad is “Design Department in the Municipality of Baghdad”.
