Egypt Air will start operating the company’s line from Cairo to Irbil airport in the Kurdistan Region on Friday, with three flights a week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
The sources said the company, in a press statement, it is scheduled to run the company three flights a week to Erbil airport, capital of Kurdistan Iraq, to increase the fourth flight in the second half of September.
“Egypt Air” suspended its flights to Erbil in September, in compliance with the decision of the Iraqi government to suspend all international flights to and from Kurdistan, following the referendum on independence from Iraq, before the Iraqi government lifted the ban recently.
