The customs authority said the damaged cars “American arrivals” are not allowed to enter Iraq, where the Economic Committee of the Iraqi Council of Ministers has decided to prevent the entry of damaged cars or what is known as the American convoy to Iraq.
And that these cars will be allowed to enter in the event of reform in Jordan or the UAE according to legal controls, as entering the Iraqi market thousands of cars from America and Canada and are repaired within the territory of Iraq.
The Customs Authority is an executive and not a legislative authority and therefore implements the decisions issued by the higher authorities.
