The capital city of Tehran will host the largest trade forum between Iran and Iraq from September 12 to 13, with the participation of senior officials of both countries.
Hameed Hosseini, Secretary General of the Iranian-Iraqi Chamber of Commerce in this regard, pointed out that one of the main themes of the forum is to analyze the political and security situation in Iraq and its reflection on the legal obligations related to the supply of goods and discuss the scientific mechanisms to deal with Iraq and the definition of Iranian export capabilities.
Hosseini pointed out that the forum will include economic and commercial activists of Iran and Iraq in order to create direct B2B communication and honor the leading companies in the two countries’ trade. The participation of Foreign Minister Mohammad Jawad Zarif, his Iraqi counterpart, Central Bank Governor, Aliullah Saif, Assistant to the Iranian President for Economic Affairs, Mines and some Iraqi officials.
