The Iraqi Stock Exchange closed at 565.07 on Sunday, down 0.65 percent, while foreigners bought 301.6 million shares through 57 deals.
In the session, 42 companies out of 101 listed companies traded, with more than 16.9 billion shares worth more than 7.1 billion dinars.
At the meeting, the Babil Hotel was up 0.45%, Ashour Hotel rose 0.20% and Asia Cell Telecommunications 0.13%, while Ashtar Hotels fell 0.25%, Iraqi Seed Production 0.11% and Baghdad Public Transport 0.10%.
The number of shares purchased from non-Iraqi investors 301.6 million shares valued at 271.3 million dinars through the implementation of 57 transactions on the shares of two companies.
