The governor of the Central Bank, Ali Alaak, on Sunday, with the French ambassador to Iraq Borno Obeyer support the partnership between French and Iraqi banks and facilitate their work inside the country.
“The two sides discussed the prospects for banking cooperation between the two countries and the role of the Central Bank of Iraq in supporting the partnership between French and Iraqi banks and facilitating their work inside the country,” the central bank said in a press statement.
