The Information Office of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced on Wednesday that the Council of Ministers approved the approval of the tasks and mechanism of the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction, noting that the Council also approved a legal amendment on the project to establish 130 schools in the marshes.
The Cabinet said in a statement that “the Council of Ministers approved during the regular session held on Wednesday, to approve the functions and mechanism of the Supreme Committee for Investment and Reconstruction,” pointing to “the approval of the Council to amend the paragraph on the decision of the Council of Ministers to form a committee to monitor the implementation of projects financed by the loan British”.
“In order to facilitate the return of the displaced and their stability, especially in the province of Nineveh, the Council approved the recommendations of the fourth session of the Civil Crisis Management Unit,” he said. “With regard to the development of the Marshlands, the Council of Ministers approved a legal amendment on the project to establish 130 schools in the marshes.
