The General Grain Trade Company of the Ministry of Commerce announced that it has received 1044 tons of Australian wheat from 2500 tons.
The company’s general manager, Haitham Al-Khashali, said in a press statement that “the company’s branch in Dhi Qar started receiving Australian wheat from the port of Umm Qasr after conducting physical tests on the models that were withdrawn by the laboratory unit to ensure that they conform to the approved specifications of the quality control department” .
He added that “the quantity received 1044 tons out of the amount of 2500 tons of Australian wheat, which represents the share of Nasiriyah Saylo, according to the book Marketing Department.”
He pointed out that “the work is still continuing processing the mills with their shares of grain mixtures, where the amount processed 3527 tons to the mills of the province.”
